Jared (Jerry) E. Abbruzzese
Chairman & CEO

Jerry Abbruzzese is Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of CAI Wireless Systems, Inc. (OTC BB: CWSS). In addition, Mr. Abbruzzese is Chairman and Acting Chief Executive Officer of CS Wireless Systems, Inc., a 94% owned subsidiary of CAI. Previously, Mr. Abbruzzese served in various capacities for the prior operator of a wireless cable system in Albany, NY.

Prior to his work in the telecommunications industry, Mr. Abbruzzese served as the President of the Diabetes Foundation.


James P. Ashman
Executive Vice President & CFO

James P. Ashman was named Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of CAI Wireless Systems, Inc. in December of 1995. Previously, Mr. Ashman was Senior Vice President-Finance and Treasurer of CAI. He has also served as a director of CS Wireless Systems, Inc., a 94% owned subsidiary of CAI since its formation in February of 1996.

From 1992 to 1994, he was a Senior Advisor of Carolina Barnes Capital, Inc. (CBC). CBC served as a financial advisor to CAI during 1993 and 1994. From 1990 to 1992, Mr. Ashman was a Vice President of Richter & Co., Inc., a New York City-based investment banking firm. Prior to that, he was a Vice President in the merger, acquisition and leveraged buyout department of Prudential Securities Inc. from 1983 to 1989.


Gerald Stevens-Kittner
Senior VP - Spectrum Management

Gerry Stevens-Kittner joined CAI as in-house regulatory and legislative affairs counsel in March, 1996. In January, 1998, Mr. Stevens-Kittner assumed responsibility for managing the Spectrum Management department. Mr. Stevens-Kittner serves in the same capacity with CS Wireless Systems, Inc. Prior to joining CAI, Mr. Stevens-Kittner was a partner with the law firm of Arter & Hadden, and represented CAI as outside regulatory counsel since the company's inception.


Bruce Kostreski
Senior VP - Engineering and Chief Technical Officer

In March 1996 Bruce Kostreski was offered and accepted the position of Sr.Vice President of Engineering with CAI Wireless Systems Inc. primarily responsible for terrestrial digital video buildouts in Boston and Virginia Beach. In 1997 he was named CTO and helped in the effort to refocus the company's business strategy to two-way transmission resulting in trials of some of the first fixed two-way broadband wireless platforms in the U.S. simultaneously delivering data, voice and video-conferencing signals.

Prior to joining CAI, Mr. Kostreski spent sixteen years with Bell Atlantic in various functions including: engineering, operations, marketing support, business development, contract negotiations and technical management. He has also worked as an independent contractor on several telephony projects in Eastern Europe and Latin America and is primary or sole inventor on 14 patents relating to fiber optics, digital subscriber line (DSL), video and wireless networks.


Derwood (Roddy) Edge
Senior VP and Chief Systems Officer

Roddy Edge was appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Systems Officer of CAI in January of 1997. In February of 1999, Mr. Edge was appointed Acting Chief Operating Officer of CS Wireless Systems, Inc. From April of 1994 to December of 1996, Mr. Edge served as Vice President and General Manager of Hampton Road Wireless Television, Inc., an MMDS operator in Virginia Beach, VA, that was acquired by CAI in 1994. Prior to that, Mr. Edge served in various management capacities for Storer Cable.
